If you click on the "Visa / Master" or "PayPal", it will then redirect to the Worldpay or PayPal payment page. You may then enter the information to complete the order.

We will email a receipt to you immediately. Please note the receipt will only be valid upon clearance of your payment information.
2. What forms of payment does your site accept?
We reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.

Yes, our server uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to encrypt all payment information submitted by you.

We treat all information provided by our customers as private and confidential. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us. All purchase information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not sell, share, or rent your information to others.
5. Does you provide worldwide shipping ?
Yes. We deliver our products to all over the world. However, We will not ship the products to certain countries which have been accessed by our payment gateway system to classify them as high risk of payment. All products will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
6. How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on the delivery address and the product weight. We mainly use the Hong Kong Post which is operated by the HKSAR government. The shipping cost will be shown in the checkout page. You may select different shipping method.
e.g.
By Standard Mail - it takes 8-12 weeks
By Air Mail - it takes 6-8 weeks
By SpeedPost - it takes 4-7 days
7. What is the product price in our own country currencies ?
All the product shown on our web site in Hong Kong Dollar. When you select to pay by credit card or paypal, you can see the product in other currencies. e.g. in US$, EU$.
8. How much is tax?
We does not charge duty or sales tax. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. For other countries local customs may charge a duty, import tax or other local taxes. Customers will be responsible for all duty, import taxes or other local taxes incurred. Our carriers will handle all custom clearance. The duty, tax or other local taxes bill will be presented upon delivery of merchandise to your doorstep.
9. What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchases, return the merchandise to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Note that we do not provide refund of the shipping fee. And you should bear the return shipping fee.
