Elisabeth Hedgren carries us to the land of fjords, immense forest and the magnificent northen lights. In a similar vein to such contemporaries as Astrid Lindgren, Ingamr Bergman and Greta Garbo, she manages to strike a playful balance between minimalism and a trained attention to detail.
Her love of adventure has lead her on numerous journeys, revelaing the imporace of the right kind of travel gear. Her own personal odyssey finally brought her to Antwerp where she found peace and tenderness alongside her true love ˇV an intense exchange which has since grown into a nest for eight children. One among them, Jeanne, is Xavier Kegelsˇ¦ mother. As with her grandson, Elisabethˇ¦s life has been inscribed by passion and perfectionism. Move often then not, it has lead to verbal fireworks between these two pioneering spirits.
